1. Terms of Sale & Software License

When you purchase a PowerSnap creation ($15 Standard or $25 Gold), you are purchasing a non-exclusive, perpetual, single-organization license to the personalized standalone HTML application and website kit generated for your build.

• Allowed: You may run the standalone application offline indefinitely, embed it on your own commercial or private websites, use it to generate deliverables for clients, and adapt your private configuration.
• Prohibited: You may not repackage, resell, sublicense, or distribute the PowerSnap engine, builder, or source code templates as a competing software builder, template collection, or SaaS platform.
• No Recurring Fees: Your purchase is a one-time transaction. There are no monthly fees, hosting subscriptions, or recurring API charges.

2. Digital Goods Refund Policy

Because BizVend PowerSnap delivers immediate access to inspectable source code, customized HTML files, and downloadable website kits upon verified payment, all sales are generally final once the digital files are delivered.

• Defect Guarantee: If a delivered application fails to function as demonstrated or contains a verified technical defect, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. We will repair the file, generate a working replacement, or issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
• Order Assistance: If you accidentally close your browser window after paying, use the Recover Purchase button on the builder page with your saved reference, or email support with your PayPal transaction ID for immediate delivery.

3. Privacy & Data Security

We respect your privacy and enforce strict data boundaries:

• Financial Security: All payments are processed securely by PayPal. We never store, receive, or have access to your payment card numbers, bank details, or PayPal account credentials.
• Local Data Privacy: Data you input into your generated PowerSnap application (customer lists, pricing numbers, invoices, margins) is stored exclusively in your local browser storage. It is never transmitted to BizVend, Netlify, or any third-party cloud database.
• No Tracking / No Selling: We do not sell, rent, or monetize your contact or usage data.
